Our courses are built on the ILCOR 2025 Consensus on Science — the same international evidence base that informs every major CPR guideline in the world, including those referenced by Canadian regulatory bodies. How it works in First Aid & CPR Ontario
WSIB explicitly states no approved online-only programs exist. Blended format (online theory + in-person skills assessment) accepted from WSIB-approved providers.
Our training model combines comprehensive online learning — interactive lessons, video demonstrations, knowledge assessments — with mandatory practical sessions that ensure you can perform the physical skills. Every candidate who earns our certification has demonstrated both theoretical understanding and hands-on competence.
What our certification covers
Every course includes adult, child, and infant CPR techniques, AED (automated external defibrillator) use, choking response, and first aid fundamentals. Our curriculum aligns with the CSA Z1210-17 standard and ILCOR 2025 guidelines — the most current evidence available.
Certificates are valid for 3 years, include a unique verification code and QR code for employer authentication, and are issued immediately upon successful completion.
